Lip Dub is an original and dynamic concept that allows participants to create their own videoclip - from recording the song to staging and shooting the actual video. The whole team participates in the choreography. The performance usually takes place on the company's site but it can also be set up at your event site. This highly entertaining team building activity is ideal to improve social interaction and reinforce team cohesion.

TEAM BUILDING "THE VOICE OF A TEAM"
"The Voice of a Team" is a unique team building experience designed to foster team cohesion within your company while allowing the musical creativity of your colleagues to shine. This engaging and stimulating activity immerses work teams in the enchanting world of music, casting them in the roles of accompanists and backing vocalists alongside a talented professional singer.
During this immersive experience, participants are guided by seasoned team cohesion experts. Music has the power to bring individuals closer together, to stimulate communication, and to enhance interpersonal relationships within a team.
The Voice is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore these facets by delving into the melodious world of song. ''The Voice of a Team" activity unfolds in carefully crafted stages to create a rewarding and memorable experience.
HOW THE ACTIVITY UNFOLDS
The Voice activity progresses through several meticulously designed stages to craft a rich and unforgettable experience. First, participants are introduced to breathing and vocal exercises aimed at unlocking their vocal potential and bolstering their confidence. These proven techniques allow everyone to familiarize themselves with their own voice and explore the various shades of musical expression.
Next, teams come together to learn and rehearse a specially selected song. With the guidance of our professional singer, who brings her expertise and experience, participants are encouraged to find collective harmony. Voice synchronization exercises, learning individual parts, and working on transitions create musical synergy and reinforce team collaboration.
When performance time arrives, teams take to the stage with the professional singer to give their all. This shared experience fosters a genuine connection among participants, thus strengthening their sense of belonging and commitment to the company's shared goals.
