Summary
The participants in that training will have the opportunity to learn to use project management tools and techniques combined with performing team processes required to ensure that the application of the projects methodology is a success and will achieve the desired objectives.
The workshop is intended for managers, supervisors, specialists and staff who are involved in, or expect to be involved in projects of any size or any type, either as leader or as team member.
Learning is done by practicing. Teams of four to six participants are formed right at the beginning of the training and will work together during the entire session. Towards the end of the session, each team will develop a project plan using the acquired processes. It offers the opportunity for participants to experience a collaborative planning process and to see its effectiveness first-hand.
