Managing Stress and Developing Resiliency
Stress can often be experienced in all its forms—positive, energizing pressure as well as negative, debilitating stress. When the scale tips toward negative stress, we can suffer ills ranging from conflict and lowered productivity to plummeting morale, burnout, and turnover. The purpose of the workshop is to help build awareness of our stress response and provide techniques and tools to effectively manage stress and build resiliency.
