Managing Stress and Developing Resiliency
Stress can often be experienced in all its forms—positive, energizing pressure as well as negative, debilitating stress. When the scale tips toward negative stress, we can suffer ills ranging from conflict and lowered productivity to plummeting morale, burnout, and turnover. The purpose of the workshop is to help build awareness of our stress response and provide techniques and tools to effectively manage stress and build resiliency.

Team Development
Summary
The primary focus is to create a safe and supportive environment for practice of negotiation and facilitation skills, and to learn from observing others practice theirs. While practice is a key element of this workshop, we will be using real situations/scenarios and group dynamics arising within the current work context as a learning opportunity. Successful participation in the workshop will require a certain degree of openness to new experiences and possibilities for personal growth, which are, almost by definition, outside of one’s comfort zone.
Participants are required to bring a negotiation work scenario so that they can, through the structured practice portion of the workshop, immediately apply the learned facilitation strategies to their work and gain valuable feedback. They will also be invited to do some pre-reading to help prepare for the workshop.
Participants will learn just what it takes to make their own meetings and negotiations practical, dynamic, interactive, collaborative, creative, and results focused!
