Simulating a mountain survival experience, your team members will have to plan together the best rescue possible. If they first have to work individually, they will eventually have to get together to exchange and classify some items that will be given to them. Because it is based on real survival situations, this activity opens you to challenge and communication.
1. TRAINING GOALS
The goal of this training is to learn how everything in life relies on our attitude and that there is nothing stopping you from considering work as a game, which will make it more enjoyable.
2. BRIEF CONTENT
2.1 Discussion of the importance of working together
2.2 The employee and his/her team
2.3 Elaboration of a personal improvement action
2.4 Analysis of different personality traits often causing conflicts
2.5 We insist on putting an end to unfavourable actions for the enterprise and the work relationship. We also give tips for resolving conflicts
2.6 Video (Fish Philosophy) showing that it is possible to work and have fun altogether
2.7 Training conclusion - Employees commit to concrete actions towards new standards that have been identified by all the members of the enterprise.
3. METHODOLOGY
Through presentations, discussions, surprises, games, visual and audio elements, our training will provide you with the tools required for making significant positive changes within your work group.

3. METHODOLOGY
This course is for all individuals working in an enterprise. Its content is theoretical and has more specific interchanges between the participants and the trainer.
