Summary

This training is based on the combination of principles and techniques in project management, organizational development, and the theory of the Relations’ Consciousness (SDI and Portrait of Strengths). Successful projects are often the result of good management of time and costs, and effective relationships with team members and other key stakeholders. Both are achieved by using a team approach in projects planning, monitoring and implementation.

The participants in that training will have the opportunity to learn to use project management tools and techniques combined with performing team processes required to ensure that the application of the projects methodology is a success and will achieve the desired objectives.

The workshop is intended for managers, supervisors, specialists and staff who are involved in, or expect to be involved in projects of any size or any type, either as leader or as team member.

Learning is done by practicing. Teams of four to six participants are formed right at the beginning of the training and will work together during the entire session. Towards the end of the session, each team will develop a project plan using the acquired processes. It offers the opportunity for participants to experience a collaborative planning process and to see its effectiveness first-hand.

Summary

Helps individuals to better understand themselves and their team through the principles of The seven principles of Cohesive Teams. Creates and scales a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Knowledge of these principles must be accompanied by actions, and actions require leadership, courage and hard work. A team which instills these principles into their culture, and develops them into habits can dramatically impact overall results. Principles are not part of the natural DNA of a team. While we discuss them as team principles they are instead acted on and implemented by the individuals on the team. It is individuals thinking and acting on these principles that produce a high performing team.

The 7 principles of high performing teams program is a fully-interactive workshop where each success habit is explained, explored and then practiced. Your people will be given challenges and exercises that fit each specific habit. The structure of will be dynamic and the environment in the room will be constantly shifting.
