Stop working, have fun and perform!
A human being will spend a fifth of his adult life at work. This time will seem infinite if his attitude regarding his tasks, colleagues or employer is negative. The loss of motivation, burnout and depression are just around the corner for those who lost all sense of happiness. There is only one solution to be passionate and happy at work, to self-accomplish, and to have a positive and contagious energy: stop working, and start having fun to maximize performance. This concept takes its source in the simple fact that if a person likes his job and has a positive attitude towards it, working does not seem to be a burden anymore, but a source of accomplishment as well as an effective way to proliferate within a team.
