Latulippe Team Building Center (hereinafter "Latulippe," "we," "our," or "us") places great importance on protecting the personal information of its clients, prospects, partners, and visitors to the latulippe.ca website (the "Site").

3. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on the nature of your interactions with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

Identification and Contact Information : first name, last name, title, company name, mailing address, email address, phone number.

Service Request Information : purpose of the request, group size, desired dates, activity location, approximate budget, specific considerations (allergies, restrictions, accessibility needs, etc.).

Billing Information : billing details, business number, payment method (credit card payment processing is handled by a secure third-party provider; we do not store your credit card numbers on our servers).

Communication Information : email content, online forms, messages exchanged with our team.

Navigation Information : IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, visit duration, referring site, cookie data. See section 8 for more details.

We do not collect any sensitive personal information (medical data, biometric data, etc.) without your explicit consent and only when necessary for the provision of an activity.

4. Purposes of Collection

We collect and use your personal information only for the following purposes:

  • to respond to your information requests and prepare personalized proposals;
  • to plan, organize, and facilitate team building, training, and coaching activities in which you or your organization participate;
  • to ensure billing, payment collection, and accounting follow-up;
  • to communicate with you about our services, including the occasional sending of newsletters or promotional communications (from which you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • to improve our website, services, and customer experience;
  • to comply with our legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

Your information is not used for other purposes without your consent, unless required or permitted by law.

5. Consent

By submitting a form on our Site, writing to us, or retaining our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes described in this policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting our Privacy Officer (see section 2). However, withdrawing consent may prevent the provision of certain services.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We never sell your personal information.

However, we may disclose it to the following categories of third parties, strictly to the extent necessary for the intended purpose:

  • Our facilitators, trainers, and coaches mandated to carry out the activities in which you participate;
  • Our service providers (web hosting, email sending platform, payment processing, accounting, IT support), who are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the intended purposes;
  • Public or judicial authorities, when required by law (court order, legitimate request from authorities, etc.);
  • Any potential acquirer in the context of a commercial transaction (merger, asset sale), with appropriate safeguards.

7. Transfer of Information Outside Quebec

Some of our providers (particularly for cloud hosting or marketing tools) may store or process your information outside of Quebec, including in Canada, the United States, or elsewhere. In such cases, your information may be subject to the laws in force in those jurisdictions, including those allowing authorities access to it.

Before any transfer, we conduct a privacy impact assessment and ensure that adequate contractual and technical measures protect your information.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • ensure the proper functioning of the Site (essential cookies);
  • remember your preferences and facilitate your navigation;
  • analyze Site traffic (for example, using Google Analytics or similar tools);
  • measure the performance of our advertising campaigns (for example, using Meta/Facebook pixels).

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% infallible. In the event of a confidentiality incident posing a risk of serious harm, we will notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, in accordance with the law.

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to:

  • Access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request rectification of inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous information;
  • Withdraw your consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your information;
  • Request cessation of dissemination of information concerning you or the de-indexing of a hyperlink providing access to it, under the conditions provided by law;
  • Receive your information in a structured and commonly used technological format (right to data portability, effective September 22, 2024);
  • File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you believe we have not respected your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Privacy Officer (see section 2). We will respond to all requests within a maximum of 30 days upon receipt. Reasonable proof of identity may be requested.

Our Site may contain links to external websites (social networks, partners, client testimonials, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites. We encourage you to consult their policies before providing them with personal information.

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date of the last update appears at the beginning of the document.
