It's cold. Your hands are holding a carving tool. In front of you: a block of virgin ice. And next to you: a team that had no idea what they were capable of creating.
No professional artist required. Just creativity, a bit of audacity and a team ready to roll up their sleeves, even in cold weather.
The Ice Challenge team building , it's an ice sculpture competition where each team must design and build the best trophy possible. The members divide tasks among themselves, develop a common vision and bring their creation to life, block by block, piece by piece.
The result? A collective work. Tangible, cold, and surprisingly revealing of your team's ability to organize, create, and deliver under pressure.

The Ice Challenge team building is a bold choice for teams that want to get out of their comfort zone in a memorable way. By combining creative pressure, division of tasks and working together, this activity highlights strengths that are often invisible in an office context: shared vision, initiative taking and the complementarity of talents. It is a strong winter experience that leaves lasting memories.
This activity involves movement elements that may be challenging for some participants. We invite you to discuss this with our team during planning: our facilitators take the time to understand your group's composition and can suggest adaptations to ensure everyone fully contributes to the collective experience. Our goal is for the activity to be engaging for all, regardless of individual physical condition.
We have all the necessary equipment for the activity itself. However, if we need visual support, you will need to be able to provide it. Additionally, we have a sound system, but we prefer to use the one on-site when possible.
