About

The Choreographic Duel that mobilizes your teams

A “Country Surprise” competition to break silos and synchronize your talents at the pace of collaboration.

Experience the moment when team building becomes a spectacular performance.

The experience begins with a surprise revelation: the announcement of a choreographic challenge with Country accents that triggers immediate excitement. Each team is then taken care of by a professional and passionate choreographer to begin secret preparation in the rehearsal room.

The stakes are high: while you refine your movements, judges appear in each room to assess not only the dance, but above all the quality of your collaboration and the strength of your team spirit. The tension builds up until the grand final gala, where each team presents its performance in front of colleagues and judges in an electrifying atmosphere of collective celebration.
