Giving Back Back-to-School is a charitable team building activity that strengthens team cohesion by combining play, collaboration and generosity. Your teams, turned into “classes,” live a school day on fast-forward: a quiz booklet, a science project, a coloring page and recess.
Every success earns pencils, the currency of the activity. Classes spend them at the general store, where they find backpacks, notebooks, pencil cases and first-aid supplies. Stock is limited, so every choice is discussed as a team.
With their winnings, classes fill backpacks, assemble artist pencil cases and put together first-aid kits for a school nurse's office. They also slip in a handwritten note for the child who will receive the bag.
The teams' drawings are then printed and bound into a coloring book, handed over with the bags. All the supplies are donated to an organization in your region, whatever the final score.

What mark will your team leave at the next back-to-school?
Because every challenge calls for different strengths and everyone counts. The result is visible and tangible: backpacks ready to be handed to children. The need is real: Regroupement Partage's Opération Sac à Dos planned to distribute 10,000 backpacks for the 2024 back-to-school season, up from 7,600 in 2023 and 6,400 in 2022 (source: Econostrum).
Your organization chooses the charity that receives the donation. Latulippe guides you in defining the donation, selecting the supplies and organizing the handover, so the bags meet a real need. This activity is part of the Giving Back series, along with Giving Back Minigolf.

Imagine a group of 60 people gathered in a room after the summer holidays. Participants arrive at a “school” set up for the occasion and are split into 10 classes of 6, mixing departments.
Each class leaves with a team report card, and the supplies are delivered to the organization after the activity. The collective challenge only unlocks a bonus: the base stock is donated in full, in every case.
The backpacks, artist pencil cases and first-aid kits the classes filled, along with a handwritten note and the coloring book made from the teams' drawings. The exact contents are chosen with the organization.
No. Each team draws a simple black-line page meant to be colored in by a child. The fun of creating together matters more than talent.
Nothing is lost. The collective challenge only unlocks a bonus lot. The base stock is donated in full, whatever the final score.
