You have a budget. One team. And the goal is to build a glider that really flies. Ready to take off?
Manager, engineer, designer, quality controller; in Glide Challenge, everyone has a role to play. Your team becomes a mini-company: you manage your budget, you delegate responsibilities, you adapt to the unexpected... and you build a real glider.
Glide Challenge, it's a fun and challenging business simulation. Sketches. Cutout Assembling. Test. Adjustments. Each step reveals the true dynamic of your team: who makes the decisions? Who is adapting? Who is the bridge between ideas and execution?
And when it comes time for the flight test, it all comes down to one question: did your team manage to create something that fits in the air? A fairly accurate metaphor for what you do on a daily basis.

Glide Challenge Reproduces in miniature the real challenges of your organization: resource management, decision-making under pressure, creativity, communication and adaptability to change. By placing your team in the role of a mini-company with a concrete deliverable to achieve, the activity generates lasting learning about the strengths and areas of growth of the group. It is an experience that is as fun as it is revealing, suitable for large and small teams alike.
Yes, this is one of our most frequent use cases. The synchronized format levels the playing field: a new employee has the exact same experience as a colleague who has been there for 10 years, which quickly fosters connections and a sense of belonging within the first few weeks.
Yes. This activity is designed to work with large groups. Its structure allows participants to be divided into synchronized sub-groups, which maintains a high level of energy and engagement even with a large number of people.
The activity includes a competitive element between sub-groups, but within an energizing and supportive atmosphere. Competition here acts as a catalyst: it stimulates mobilization, creativity, and collective engagement, further boosting team cohesion.
This activity involves movement elements that may be challenging for some participants. We invite you to discuss this with our team during planning: our facilitators take the time to understand your group's composition and can suggest adaptations to ensure everyone fully contributes to the collective experience. Our goal is for the activity to be engaging for all, regardless of individual physical condition.
We have all the necessary equipment for the activity itself. However, if we need visual support, you will need to be able to provide it. Additionally, we have a sound system, but we prefer to use the one on-site when possible.
