Manager, engineer, designer, quality controller; in Glide Challenge, everyone has a role to play. Your team becomes a mini-company: you manage your budget, you delegate responsibilities, you adapt to the unexpected... and you build a real glider.
Glide Challenge, it's a fun and challenging business simulation. Sketches. Cutout Assembling. Test. Adjustments. Each step reveals the true dynamic of your team: who makes the decisions? Who is adapting? Who is the bridge between ideas and execution?
And when it comes time for the flight test, it all comes down to one question: did your team manage to create something that fits in the air? A fairly accurate metaphor for what you do on a daily basis.

This activity involves movement elements that may be challenging for some participants. We invite you to discuss this with our team during planning: our facilitators take the time to understand your group's composition and can suggest adaptations to ensure everyone fully contributes to the collective experience. Our goal is for the activity to be engaging for all, regardless of individual physical condition.
We have all the necessary equipment for the activity itself. However, if we need visual support, you will need to be able to provide it. Additionally, we have a sound system, but we prefer to use the one on-site when possible.
