The Team Voice is a large-scale musical team building that transforms your group into a real creative studio. It is the experience par excellence to bring out collective creativity, release individual voices and build lasting cohesion in an atmosphere that is at once warm, professional and deeply human.
Supervised by experienced team building experts and a professional songwriter, the activity takes place in four key stages. First, vocal coaching and a warm-up allow everyone to tame their voice using proven breathing and vocalizing techniques. Next comes creation, where the team collectively adjusts and enriches the lyrics of a song, followed by a live, step-by-step recording that captures each voice. To end on a high note, a complete production with final mix gives birth to your signature song.
