Team Masterpiece is a strategic co-creation workshop where your collaborators paint a fresco composed of several canvases interconnected representing the values of your business.
By working on their own section while ensuring consistency with their neighbors, they create a a powerful symbol of collaboration, identity and cohesion.
This activity goes far beyond painting.
Its real objective is to create human connections, strengthen the sense of belonging and build a collective core around a shared vision.
Each brush stroke becomes a metaphor:
Introduction & briefing
Presentation of the objective, the values to illustrate and division into subgroups.
Collaborative creation phase
Each team receives a canvas and part of the final visual. Participants paint their section while communicating with others to ensure consistency.
Assembling the Masterpiece
All the canvases are combined... and the complete image appears: a strong, often moving moment.
Debriefing & reflection
Guided discussion on collaboration, challenges, learning and the parallel with life in business.
Your turnkey experience
Bring your team together and let yourself be guided.
Yes, this is one of our most frequent use cases. The synchronized format levels the playing field: a new employee has the exact same experience as a colleague who has been there for 10 years, which quickly fosters connections and a sense of belonging within the first few weeks.
Absolutely. This activity is particularly well-suited for integration into a broader corporate program. It can serve as an energizing opening, a team-building moment between two strategic sessions, or a memorable closing to your event. Our facilitators adapt to your schedule and ensure a smooth transition with the rest of your program.
No prior experience is necessary. This activity is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their comfort level with art, music, or creativity. Our facilitators guide participants step-by-step in a supportive and exploratory atmosphere.
We have all the necessary equipment for the activity itself. However, if we need visual support, you will need to be able to provide it. Additionally, we have a sound system, but we prefer to use the one on-site when possible.
The activity can take place at your offices, in a meeting room, at a hotel, a convention center, a multi-purpose hall, or any other venue suitable for your event. The important thing is to have a safe, accessible, and sufficiently clear space for participants to fully enjoy the experience. Our team is flexible and adapts to the chosen venue.
