Experiential Training
Meeting Facilitation is a practical workshop designed to provide participants with processes, tips, tools, and techniques that will enable them to design and deliver more interactive and effective meetings and presentations. It aims to develop confidence and the ability to use facilitation methods to increase participation and creativity.
The workshop discusses the 4-step formula for gaining and maintaining interest, proven methods for managing dysfunctional behaviors, how to build consensus and gain buy-in, and resources and tips for group facilitation. Each tool is presented in a practical and immediately applicable manner.
The aim is to motivate people to take action, develop concrete solutions and generate the commitment necessary for the decisions made in meetings to translate into real results.
Supervised by an expert trainer, the workshop allows each participant to leave with a repertoire of proven techniques to prepare for successful sessions, manage complex group dynamics, and create an environment conducive to exploration and collective decision-making.
