About

Communic'Art: The Art of Communicating as a Team

Communic'art is a team building experience based on experiential learning, which highlights the discrepancies between what you think you are communicating and what is actually understood. Through an immersive artistic challenge, participants experience the challenges of communication, collaboration and adaptability in concrete terms.

The challenge

Divided into teams, people must reproduce a work of art without having access to the global vision, which naturally creates unexpected events and areas of interpretation. This dynamic accurately reproduces the realities of corporate work, where pressure and lack of information influence results.

The final assembly acts as an objective mirror of the team's functioning, visually revealing deformations, information losses, and coordination challenges. This awareness is becoming a powerful tool for learning.

From awareness to action

Supervised by a facilitator, the activity makes it possible to transform these observations into concrete solutions thanks to the W³ methodology (What? So What? Now What?). The teams thus leave with clear and applicable commitments, promoting better communication, smoother collaboration and real collective synergy on a daily basis.

Why

What are the goals?

The workshop allows your teams to:

  • It reveals concrete differences in communication and areas of friction in the team.
  • It allows you to experience, rather than theoretically understand, the challenges of collaboration
  • It creates a safe space to experiment, adjust, and learn together
  • It aligns members around a common goal and reinforces a sense of belonging.
