The 7 Keys to Success is a modular training based on experiential learning, designed to help teams master the factors that transform a work group into a high performance team. By combining structured content and practical activities, participants move from understanding to concrete application.
The program
The seven key factors (100% responsibility, trust, communication, communication, healthy competition, commitment, accountability, and focus on results) are interdependent and build on each other. The program guides teams to integrate them into their daily culture, transforming these factors into real work habits.
Each factor is explored through an experiential approach that immerses the participant in action. He discovers his instinctive reactions and measures their impact on collective results.
From learning to integration
Supervised by an expert facilitator, the training uses several learning methods: interactive presentations, teamwork, fun activities, case studies, role plays and self-assessments. Participants leave with concrete habits and a common language to sustainably strengthen their team dynamics.
