Experiential Training
Effective Communication is a 4-hour course divided into 2 modules, designed to help participants master the art of influential communication. She goes beyond words to address non-verbal communication, active listening, stress management, assertiveness, and the ability to understand emotions, one's own and those of others.
The program
The training addresses the fundamental elements of communication: the process, the modes and the defensive attitudes that create ruptures. Participants learn how to apply strategies to transform these attitudes and how to practice active listening to promote confidence and productivity.
She also explores the three axes of the art of convincing and persuading: impact, influence and persuasion, by providing concrete tools to promote your ideas, generate support and meet your goals.
From awareness to changing practices
Led by an expert trainer, the session ends with the development of a personal development plan allowing each participant to continue their communication development. Everyone leaves with a learning guide including practical exercises and a self-diagnosis of active listening.
