Team Compass is a course designed to help teams develop a solid foundation of alignment. It establishes a series of clear agreements that describe what the team wants to achieve, why it is important to do it, and how they will work together to achieve innovative results.
By participating in the Team Compass process, participants develop common mechanisms for decision-making, conflict resolution, and maintaining a favorable team climate. Each member has a better understanding of their role and how they relate to that of others.
The alignment produced by the Team Compass simultaneously strengthens communication, trust and efficiency while creating performance agreements that empower everyone in carrying out joint work.
Supervised by an expert facilitator, the training guides the team to adopt preventive strategies, to better manage the stages of transition and change, and to develop strategies to successfully go through each phase of organizational transformation.
The training allows your teams to:
• Create clear alignment around goals, responsibilities, and ways of working together.
• Understand and clarify the mechanisms for decision-making and conflict resolution within the team.
