The AI Workshop is an accessible, interactive, and no-prerequisite introduction to the world of artificial intelligence for both managers and employees. Through short presentations, demonstrations, real-world scenarios, and collaborative challenges, participants test various AI tools, learn how to better craft their prompts, and compare the results they get.
This is an interactive training session: we experiment, compare, and share. Using practical case studies, each team puts the tools to the test, discovers their strengths and limitations, shares observations, and learns different ways to use them in a professional context from one another.
The workshop also covers data privacy, security, and governance, as well as best practices and terms of use, to encourage thoughtful and structured AI adoption. Key AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini will be covered, and participants will learn to understand the differences between them.
Duration: from 3 hours to 1 full day, depending on the desired depth
Participants: from 10 to 100 people, in teams
Location: your offices, a meeting room, a hotel, or a conference centre. Each participant brings their own laptop.
What participants experience
Two possible formats
The 3-hour version offers a focused introductory experience. The full-day version allows more room for challenges, trial and error, and team discussion. In both cases, the scenarios are fictional and tailored to the roles of managers or employees: no real data from your organization is used.
Demystify artificial intelligence, spark curiosity and encourage thoughtful use. Participants leave the workshop with first reflexes, a better understanding of what AI can and cannot do, and a clear idea of the next steps.
This first familiarization experience can open the door to more in-depth support, tailored to your organization's needs and realities.
