Team Culture is a modular development program designed to create and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation where people work together effectively, remotely or in person. It helps individuals within teams to give the best of themselves by developing sustainable collaborative practices.
The program
Articulated in three essential steps (Team Dynamics, Team Performance Coaching, Team Performance Coaching, Key Leadership Skills), the program addresses both the issues of connection and trust as well as the challenges related to responsibility, decision-making and the management of remote work.
Each stage builds on the previous ones to create a consistent progression towards a successful, agile and committed team culture over time.
From development to organizational impact
Supervised by an expert coach and trainer, the program offers structured follow-up that supports teams in the transfer and application of their learning. It provides an opportunity for coaching conversations that focus on setting goals, deepening key learnings, and taking responsibility for progress.
