The quality of relationships at work directly influences communication, collaboration, and team effectiveness. Yet it's rarely understood why some people work so differently — and how to take advantage of those differences instead of experiencing them. Without this understanding, areas of friction set in, blockages are repeated, and collective performance suffers.
