Trainer Training is a 6-hour course divided into 3 modules, designed for internal expert trainers who want to share their knowledge in an effective and engaging way. It is changing the way corporate training activities are prepared, disseminated and delivered, by placing active learning and the learner at the center of the experience.
Structured in three modules (Preparation and Planning, Participatory Training Techniques, Presentation Practice), the training provides trainers with practical tools, strategies, and techniques to make any type of training a dynamic, engaging, and highly effective event.
Participants learn to use an andragogical approach that takes into account the seven characteristics of adult learners, how to manage difficult behaviors, and how to adapt their training to different learning styles.
Led by an expert trainer, the training guides participants to move from the role of teacher to that of facilitator: a guide that stimulates the active creation of knowledge rather than the passive consumption of information. Participants leave with a reference manual and techniques that are immediately applicable.
