This training allows participants to:

  • Appropriate the ABCD model of trust and apply it in their daily interactions
  • Identify their strengths and blind spots when it comes to trusting behaviors
  • Master the 13 behaviors of high-trust leaders and integrate them into their practice
  • Co-create a team trust charter with clear commitments and shared standards

At the end of the training, participants:

  • Have completed a personal assessment of their trust profile with their development priorities
  • Have a 90-day behavioral action plan targeting specific trusting behaviors
  • Will have co-created a team trust charter with shared expectations and accountability agreements
  • Will use a dashboard of trusted metrics to track their progress over time
  • Will leave with concrete follow-up resources, including coaching support and implementation tools
