About

Mutual aid as a lever for growth

Co-development is a training approach based on the philosophy of mutual aid, caring solidarity and the exchange of good practices. It allows leaders to support each other in sharing their lived experiences to accelerate their growth and develop leadership that is more effective and rooted in their daily reality.

The process

Structured in six steps (problem statement, clarifying questions, contract, contract, consultation, summary and action plan, regulation and learning), each session places participants at the heart of their own problem solving. The facilitator acts as a guide to the process, not as an expert who has all the answers.

The topics covered are brought by the participants themselves, based on their concrete difficulties and concerns. This makes leaders all the more motivated to be fully committed to action.

From mutual aid to transformation

Led by a certified professional coach, this pragmatic approach allows organizations to evolve their culture, accelerate the development of skills and re-mobilize their leaders around a collaborative and sustainable organizational change process.
